Here at RAM Cellars we believe that wine is a social elixir, best enjoyed among family and friends. We make natural wines for your tasting pleasure in Portland, Oregon, through native yeast ferments, no fining or filtration, and the use of minimal sulfites in all our wines! We also believe in not taking ourselves too seriously. Our Forbidden Cats label is an ode to merriment and joy, and it’s our pleasure to share it with you!

Fresh cherries, violets, petrichor, rhubarb and echoes of brioche greet the nose while cherry cola, pomegranate, slate stone, lilacs, coriander, and a hint of lime await in glass.  Pairs well with grilled veggies, sauteed mushrooms, chicken, roast duck, baked salmon, hummus and flatbread, and warm spring days in the sun with the ones you love!
