Our 2023 Forbidden Cats Nouveau-style Merlot has arrived!  Fig jam, violets, hibiscus, overripe plums and echoes of black pepper greet the nose while pomegranate, blueberries, plums, vanilla, and a hint of green hatch chile peppers await in glass.  Pairs well with roasted veggies, sauteed mushrooms, chicken, roast duck, baked salmon, hummus and flatbread, and good times with the ones you love!
