We’re so excited to share our Perfect Pairings series with you!

Our ‘Cheese and Charcuterie’ two pack includes our 2023 Roussanne and our 2022 Malbec and is the perfect accompaniment to good times over a shared meal with friends, family, and community!

Many food pairing possibilities abound but some of our favorites include: aged sharp cheddar, pate, cashews, almonds, and Macadamia nuts, polenta, risotto (try it with a cup or two of either wine substituted for water in the recipe), asiago, Manchego, goat cheeses, black truffle salami, prosciutto, dried fruit, grilled mushrooms, grilled lobster tail, veal, and roasted chicken.
